Good Quality is when applicants' criteria is fully match with the job requirement.

Average Quality is when applicant criteria is can be considerate to match with the job requirement.

Bad Quality is when applicant criteria is not match with the job requirement.

1. You'll get RM 3 per applicant who have good quality.
2. You'll get RM 1 per applicant who have average quality
