In order to determine which category the applicants fall, we check their profile completeness with experience, education, skills, willingness to relocate(if needed by employer), age, language required. The higher the relevancy of the applicants, the better the quality
Good Quality is when applicants' criteria is fully match with the job requirement.
Average Quality is when applicant criteria is can be considerate to match with the job requirement.
Bad Quality is when applicant criteria is not match with the job requirement.
